In this programme we take a look at each of the 6 scales of training in detail: Rhythm, Suppleness, Contact, Impulsion, Straightness, and Collection. This programme provides you with 8 exercises to help you improve and become more aware of how the fundamentals of any equestrian sphere effect the work you produce. There is a video on each of the scales, where I talk you through what they mean, and with the use of training videos show you what to look for. With easy to follow diagrams and progressions you will be sorted for maintaining structure in your schooling sessions for at least the next 4 weeks! This programme includes my Online course on the Scales of Training meaning it is jam packed with useful content, so you have the theory as well as practical exercises to try! I have used training videos to give you the whole visual experience which will enable you to put the exercises on this programme in to even better practice! This programme is self paced, so you can work your way through the exercises in your own time!
